What's for Sunday dinner???
Today was a good day. I mean any day with my girls is a good day but today was a good, normal day. We went to church, the church fundraiser breakfast, came home, folded laundry, watched movies. Just a nice day.
Tonight I made my kickass spaghetti sauce with whole wheat thin spaghetti for the divas. Without for me and Caesar salad.
Here's what else I ate today
1. Pancake breakfast: 8 oz. milk, 2 sausages, 2 small pancakes with sf syrup
2. Greek yogurt w/ splenda and SF apricot preserves and 1/4 c. of Fiber One
3, lunch meat roll-up (roast beef around a mozz cheese stick)
4. 15 baby carrots with 2 tbsp fat-free ranch and another cheese stick
5. Spaghetti sauce!
I didn't end up making the cheesecake (boo) but have some pudding cups if I want dessert.

Headed to the hospital (to work)
Snacked on almonds and beef jerky.
Lunch was a slice of ham and swiss cheese.
Dinner Hot ham and cheese
Liquids have been better between coffee,water and Ice Tea.
Food just sat very heavy today and almost on the fence as far as comfortable.

I have had an iffy day mood wise... great days Friday and Saturday, a little stress this morning but it's ok now.
B - 1/2c cottage cheese,1 Tbs Pnut Butter, 2 strawberries (only ate half, if that much)
L - 1/2 toasted WW Flatout w/ garlic and herb tuna, tomato, 1/2 slice cojack cheese, slivers of pickle
S - Protein shake (plan didn't meet minimum protein - this shot my calories pretty good though)
D - 1c leftover Nik's Chicken Pot Pie, cucumbers and baby carrots
S - turkey pepperoni, 2 laughing cow light, cucumber slices

Today is my baby boy's 3rd birthday so my eating has been way off! We went to applebee's for dinner, and it was horrible. I had an asian shrimp & veggie dish that was pretty gross. Otherwise today I've eaten: a breakfast sandwich (2 egg whites & a slice of American cheese on an english muffin), greek yogurt, 3 slices of a sheet pizza, some carrots in ranch dip, and a slice of cake. Yikes.

Today it's been head hunger all day, or maybe just an empty pouch, yesterday nothing tasted good :)
My eating has been good
B: Premier Protein Shake (on the run)
L: Egg and a half and 3 pita crisps
D: Pulled Pork and 3 spears of asparagus
ES: Salami, Cheese and pickles with a dash of mustard.
I've hit my protein mark but less meals, still under 700 calorie so good day.
I've taken my calcium and have my bedtime dose of multi yet to do
