What are you eating/doing today? SUNDAY!!!!

Pre-breakfast - decaf coffee
Breakfast - Quest Protein bar - apple pie
Lunch - Wendy's Apple Pecan salad
Snack - 1/4 cup almonds/pistachio mix

Planned for later:
Dinner - Baked chicken,  steamed veggies
Snack - yogurt and fruit

If I still need protein I will add a protein drink

Breakfast ~ protein pancakes w/SF syrup and 1 piece of sausage Nik's recipe Love 'em!!
Lunch ~ 1/2 grilled club sandwich and a few bites of soup
Dinner ~ will be tilapia, with brown rice and mixed veggies
Snack ~ protein shake before bed

I did some laundry today, swept, vacuumed & cleaned my kitchen. DH took me out to lunch at McAlister's Deli, then we went to Target so I could get a new t-shirt for the gym. It's been a nice relaxing day.

I'm thinking a lean burger patty with sauteed mushrooms and swiss with some roasted sweet potatoes for dinner, topped off with Apple Brown Nikki and SF Cool-Whip later tonight.

Yum... I haven't eaten much today aside from a couple protein coffees and a scrambled egg for breakfast, so my mouth is watering at the thought.

Visiting family, and cleaning were the two major goals for today. I've got the family visited, now I'm puttering around sweeping, moping, scrubbing....sigh....

B: boiled egg/turkey sausage/yogurt
L: 1/2 lo-carb tortill with turkey/cheese/spinach, cottage cheese
S: 1/2 quest bar
D: shrimp, sauted summer squash, brown rice, spinach salad
S: popcorn/hot chocolate

B- Left over spaghetti sauce
L- half of a 6inch ham sub from subway and tea
S- skinny cow ice cream sandwich

"Breakfast" was a Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe bar.  Lunch was two strawberries, 15 grapes, a package of 100 calorie cocoa almonds, and a hard boiled egg.  I just had 5 pita chips when I got back from working out.

I only had the protein bar because I was going to the grocery store and the rest because I had a 2 hour yoga class.

I'ts Sunday.  Contemplating dinner, and I'll eat something but I'm not hungry so I don't know what it will be.  Pork or chicken and a veggie side most likely.

I've had one bottle of water - and I need more - and 24 oz of decaf green tea.  I'll probably throw in a protein drink here in a little bit for good measure and then try to get more water in.
