 Morning!

Today, I have a work meeting, so besides that, I will be going to the gym, enjoying some relaxing hot tub time, and cleaning. Maybe watch some movies tonight. 

Nik, your veggie hash sounds DELICIOUS! I will have to try that sometime!

Right now: Coffee
B- 100 calorie mini whole wheat bagel with ff cream cheese
L- Leftover California sushi rolls
S- sf pudding, sf popcicles, Nectar protein
D- white fish from some restaurant, not sure where
Late snack: 100 calorie popcorn with diet coke

Morning started with chocolate strawberry protein shake.
Followed by 2000m (1.25 miles) swim in around 50-55 minutes then 20 minute easy warmup for 60 minute spin class tough intervals (zone 3-5 zone 3 is you can kinda talk, zone 4 is you wish you could talk, zone 5 of you forget what talking is as you are just trying to remember what breathing is)

Breakfast was chili cheese and 2 eggs
SF jello probably half a box
1/2 cup of chex cereal.

Roused myself outta bed this morning and went to the gym and did a yoga class (ommmmm), and then 35 minute run/walk on the treadmill. Then it was off to shop where I picked up some cute size Large tops. I'm sitting here in my bathrobe so next its off to shower and enjoy the day.

B: Carnation Instant Breakfast w/1% milk
L: Turkey/Cheese in a oat bran pita, coleslaw, and boiled egg.
S: cheese sticks/turkey rollups
D: don't know - got stuff to make my gluten free pizza, we'll see when dinnertime rolls around plus I'll have some veggies
S: popcorn with canola oil/FF Hot chocolate

For breakfast I made mini quiches.  I mixed egg whites, ricotta, cheddar, lite laughing cow garlic and herb swiss cheese and parmesan cheese, spinich, protein powder, ham, and a little gluton free pancake mix and cooked them in a mini muffin pan.  They were yummy!  My husband even ate them.

 Breakfast was chocolate protein shake with some pb2 powder - followed by water water water then cleaned the living room and sorted laundry - cheese stik - cup of 15 cal apple cider - lunch is probably going to be salad with protein shake - usually unjury chicken broth but waiting for restock in the mail - dinner will be salad and - you guessed it - protein shake - may mix it up and go with vanilla with some chocolate pb 2 - surgery is Thursday and I CAN'T WAIT to get to the mushy foods.

breakfast was 2 laughing cow light swiss cheese wedges as I charged outside. I had planned to take my horse to the state forest the first time since I got him last month, but it was supposed to be horribly severe weather. Instead I rode him around the house for a few minutes. Then I went in and made Nik's Chicken Pot Pie (I LOVE making this!!!).
I put the pot pie in the oven, put some frozen peas (from last year's garden) and butter beans on to cook, gave my dad directions and left on horseback. I rode the neighborhood for about an hour and half!! WOOT

Ate a huge lunch - 1 1/2c pot pie, about 1c peas/butterbeans

Now I am going to change clothes and take the dog to petsmart for a training class. Dinner will probably be tilapia and veggies... snack maybe SF jello w/ fruit and turkey pepperoni / cheese.

 Hi All

Nice quiet day relaxing...I think we are going to a Belgian Beerfest tomorrow.  I will bring crystal light for my water or drink tea.  My husband loves beer.  They have mussels though and I love mussels.

 Breakfast was some soft scrambled eggs w/cheese.
Lunch- Pureed Thai peanut soup w/chicken and protein powder
Dinner- mushed up meatball with marinera sauce.  The family is having spaghetti and meatballs, but I'm happy with my meatball.  I find as long as there are some of my favorite things I can eat during this pureed stage I'm much happier.  The Thai soup is great because it is packed w/protein and I LOVE it!  Only 2.5 more weeks until I can chew my food again :)

You guys are so good!  Today I sucked. I was really really tired and slept half a day. 

So far...
1 protein shake 20 grams protein
1 protein shake 20 grams protein
1 small bowl of smartpop popcorn
sunflower seeds.

Don't feel like fixing myself anything!
