What are you eating/doing today? Thursday!
Today was a fail.. but not an epic one
B - protein shake (protein, skim milk, PB2, 1/2 banana)
L - tilapia w/ cojack cheese, steamed veggies, steamed cabbage
D - (FAIL) 1 small slice cheese pizza, 2oz boiled shrimp, 1/2c steamed veggie, 1/2c steamed cabbage (MY LORD I can eat SO much!!)
I already had my snack of cottage cheese / strawberries.

I was a good girl til I had the sunflower seeds.
Breakfast: protein shake
snack: nada....was in a meeting
lunch: chef salad
snack: hard boiled egg, cheese cubes, apple slices
dinner: cottage cheese, tortilla, sunflower seeds (in the shell)
no gym today...went to the dentist and ran errands. Going tomorrow if my mom is ok.

I've been teaching a lot of training classes at work this week and was stacking a little overtime so I went in a couple hours later this morning. It threw my schedule off a little, but not too bad.
Bottle of water before shower.
Breakfast at home - THE USUAL. 4 oz 0% Fage, 1.5 oz fruit (pineapple today), and Splenda topped with 0.5 oz Special K Protein plus and 2 tbsp ground flax.
16 oz decaf coffee at work, with 2 splenda and 2 tbsp ff nd creamer.
Another bottle of water.
Lunch was leftover chicken/salsa/ff cream cheese. 3/4 of a cup total volume. And 8 grapes. And then 1/3 of a Apple pie flavor Larabar.
More water. Then some Chick-fil-a diet lemonade. I got a gallon of it for Valentine's day from my bff. I've resorted to getting it by the gallon I'm so addicted to it!
I had a Pure Protein chocolate deluxe bar on the way home from work around 4.
I also had a hot chocolate afterI got home, followed by a 100 cal serving of cocoa almonds.
It's about 6pm and I'm contemplating if I want dinner tonight and what it will be. Maybe mexican out localy. Fajitas (meat and veg only, no rice or tortillas) with charro beans - and 1 tsp each sour cream and guacamole. And yes, some chips and salsa - although I only use the chips as a means to get the salsa in my mouth. A spoon would probably work just as well and make me just as happy, Maybe not. It depends on how I feel and when my hubby gets home.
Tonight is not a workout night. Tomorrow I'll do at least an hour of kick my @ss yoga in the morning (last week I face planted and still have carpet burn on my forehead and nose to show for it) and Sunday is two hours of intermediate yoga. I'm contemplating on taking the early morning class on Saturday morning as well. I just really REALLY like the way the saturday teacher pushes me to work past myself in his classes. Hence the face plant. I was attempting to kick myself up into a forearm stand and over shot it. :) That will make up my 5 hours of yoga for the week - 6 if i take the extra class. I still need to get a run in.
