 Good Morning!! Bright and sunny here on California's central coast...looking forward to the 70's today as it's been chilly the last few days!

B: Protein hot chocolate
I'd like to make the gym by 9...but they made me take my son home last night because he had a CLEAR runny nose? So I may be exercising via comcast on demand today! 

L: Sliced roma tomato with some lunch meat and string cheese (my favorite this week)

D: hmm tonight is bible study night..mexican themed..I'm making enchiladas(full on with oil and full fat cheese..so I will not be enjoying any) but someone else is bringing chicken tacos so I will probably have the chicken from the tacos on some lettuce. 

I'll probably have another protein hot chocolate before bed depending on how dinner goes.

  Hello

 Still doing mushies and have a little one home sick, Dr. with him this afternoon. My fiancee is gone all day with her pre-ops and class for her gastric sleeve 3/12. I can't wait to get back in the deep pool at the gym. I am a wheelchair user so most other workouts don't fit me well. 

 B: chicken tortilla soup my sweety brought me yesterday lunch homemade from a shop in town

 L: tuna with olive oil mayo and brown mustard

 D: will see when I get home, was supposed to grocery shop today but not with a sick kid.

 BTW the soup was leftover because I de-construced a grilled sandwich and musshied it. turkey, bacon, provolone and roasted red peppers 1/2 was all I could eat about 3 oz but oh so good. Didn't miss the bread at all.

workout: hopefully at least a mile on the treadmill, and then a good 45 minutes with weights... Still new out from surgery, i dont want to overdo it, but i know i need to DO IT! :)

(BTW hi everyone... hope i become a more regular contributor. I know this will help me stay more on track, and i need the encouragement this board provides!)

 Afternoon everyone! Yesterday, I studied for about 12 hours, due to having 4 exams today. I will be relieved when 3:15 is done! So, since I got little sleep last night, I feel like eating more. I'll have to keep that in check... 

Nik, I'll be following your lead and be in bed early tonight, LOL. 

Meals for today:

Coffee
B- 1/2 whole wheat english muffin and 1/2 cup pineapple
L- 3 California sushi rolls
S- Apple
D- 4 oz steak and grilled squash
Nectar protein for in between.

Today's plan:

B - greek yogurt
S - apple
L - leftover chicken breast & 3-cheese mashed cauliflower
S - half a Quest bar and cottage cheese
D - sauteed shrimp & the last of the 3-cheese mashed cauliflower
S - something sweet - I made meyer lemon blueberry muffins yesterday, so probably 2 of those

Had an awesome 1hr workout with the trainer this morning. I was so sore from Tuesday's workout and yesterday's gardening, but I still pushed through and felt great, finished strong.
Then I went to my 6mth follow up with the surgeon. Have I mentioned I love Dr. Friedman? He is the kindest most compassionate person.

ANYWAY
B- protein, skim milk, PB2, 1/2 banana before workout
L - steamed tilapia w/ slice of co-jack cheese, steamed cabbage, steamed broc/cauli/carrots
D - not sure, maybe tuna / tomato/cucumber? I can have bread now, but I don't think I am going to try my luck with even a flatout while at work!
S - turkey pepperoni, laughing cow light cheese; maybe some carrot /celery/ cucumber (on a cucumber kick!)

 Hi All

Yesterday we had a wonderful day exploring Baltimore's Inner Harbor.  Had a fantastic meal at Phillips...the Lobster and Clam Pot.  It came with two lobsters, two bunches of snow crab legs, lots of large steamed shrimp, lots of steamed mussles and clams with roasted corn and potatoes.  I enjoyed a bunch of seafood and onle lobster claw.  It was a really amazing meal.  Then we explored the aquarium and there was only a few people there.  

Today we went back to work for one day and then off for four.

Breakfast:
leftover turkey sausage frittata

Snack
Click protein shake

Lunch:
Baked turkey breast with sauteed kale

Snack:
Sugar free caramel latte - homemade

later:  1/4 of a strawberry shortcake quest protein bar

Dinner:
1/4 of a Italian sub we picked up on the way home
