What are you eating/doing today? Wednesday!
Today I work, then to church to prep dinner. Settled on a creamy garlic chicken & veggie casserole that has chicken, zucchini, yellow (or as my grandma used to call them "crooked neck") squash, onions, roasted garlic, cream of chicken soup and, of course, egg noodles! Before I put it in the church's ginormous oven I'll top with a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and bake it until it is warmed through and crispy on top. That oughta feed 'em!
Otherwise my eating day looks like this:
1. Strawberry yogurt with granola on top
2. Click Frapp
3. Not sure what's for lunch
4. Casserole and salad for lunch
5. Might do something else later in the evening

leftovers - prally mini mexican meatloaf muffins w/spicy yogurt dip
some sorta hot protein drink
I am really not feeling food today.....I just feel blech. sometimes I just can't put my back into it and today is one of those days. I did workout this morning though - yay me!
B: Breakfast burito filling
S: Protien Decafe coffee
S: Cottage Cheese w/ sf jello and strawberries
L: Left over Chili
S: Maybe samples (Cheese, beef stick, nuts)
D: Poached tilapia, cheesie broccoli
Yesterday was my day back on track, and I'm happy to say, it was a perfect day! So, continuing on the path, my food will look something like this:
Coffee
B- Scrambled eggs
L- Taco Salad (Lettuce, tomatoes, hamburger meat, salsa)
S- Nectar Protein
D- 4 oz of steak and broccoli
Probably just going to walk on the treadmill for 30 mins, since I am recovering from a cold.

Today is going to be rough. I'm home from work (child care issue) so I'm off my routine. I was just thinking I needed to plan my food for the day to keep myself from mindlessly snacking (which tends to happen when I'm home w/ nothing better to do!). The good news is I already did my half hour on the treadmill so at least I got my exercise out of the way earlier!
Here's my plan:
Breakfast: 3 strips bacon & a banana
Snack (post workout): protein hot chocolate
Lunch: egg salad sandwich
Snacks: Quest bar & blueberries
Dinner: chicken taco salad
Snack: 3-cheese mashed cauliflower
Ok, now I gotta stick to it!
Breakfast: protein drink
Mid morning: boca burger on sandwich thin with home-roasted red pepper and avocado on top
Lunch: leftover chicken on green salad
Mid afternoon: greek yogurt with fruit (banana, frozen blueberries...one of those)
Dinner: I'm making a big pot of soup (winter squash based with beans and probably barley) and will add grilled cheese sandwiches for those who want
Evening: don't know....maybe some kashi cereal with nuts and raisins; or a vita top; or SF pudding made with a boost of protein powder.

Today back to basics..
B: Oatmeal made with milk
L: eggs of some sort..someone above mentioned egg salad and that sounds good..cheese
D: ditto on chili which someone above mentioned also..lol thanks for the ideas you all!! Or maybe some meatballs which i have been craving with vegies.
S: Fresh batch of yogurt made yesterday so i will ahve some of that with some splenda
soaked strawberrys. lol
lots of tea both black and green..its my saving grace..
