T-bone steak and white beans (what are they called? I can't remember anything tonight)

Tonight I made Cuban pork stew (weigh****chers recipe) with spicy sweet potato fries. This turned out sooo yummy, and very easy to eat since I cubed the pork pretty small.

L: 2 oz tuna salad with light mayo
D: 2 oz turkey meatloaf made with whole grain oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs
S: 3 oz. plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop protein and Jello FF SF chocolate pudding sprinkled in.

Comes to about 550 calories, 81 g protein.

Homemade chicken noodle soup with hardly any noodles, pureed of course since I'm only a week out.  It's so yummy my kids decided to have my pureed instead of the unpureed version.

MUCH better day today

B - 1 fried egg (in PAM, not grease), 1oz ham w/ cheddar, 1/2 turkey sausage link

L - roasted pork loin (3oz), steamed broc / cauli/carrot, 1/2 a medium sweet potato - no butter, etc

S - Syntha 6 Chocolate Cake Batter protein made w/ water (I couldn't stand waiting to try it, it was just delivered today. Tastes just like PURE Frosty Chocolate... *sigh* )

D - same as lunch without the potato

S - 2 strawberries w/ goat cheese; maybe turkey pepperoni and laughing cow light cheese

If I have both evening snacks it will put me at about 1003 calories

I have been eating allll day. Omg.

Breakfast was a cup of plain greek yogurt with a spoonful of SF preserves at 7:30am. (140 cals)

Lunch was broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and turkey breast, after my workout at 11:00am. (400 cals)

I had a few spoonfuls of lowfat cottage cheese with a Healthy Choice lasagna for...um, second lunch? (I'm starting to sound like a hobbit) around 2:00pm. (360 cals)

Dinner was butternut squash ravioli with carrots and parsnips, in lowfat cream sauce, at 8:00pm. (290 cals)

I worked out hard this morning and felt totally ravenous all day. Roughly 1200 cals total. Not bad or anything, but more than I've eaten in a while, and too carb heavy.
