What's for dinner? Monday!
Today has been a good eating day for me. I have SO much more control on weekdays.
Dinner...I have a bunch of leftovers that need using BUT no desire to use them. Shall I try something different then? I dunno.
Here's what I've eaten today:
1. Click Frapp (230 cals, 42.5g protein)
2. 1/2 a turkey cheese sandwich on rye and a side salad (about 300 cals, roughly 33g protein)
3. Hot Click Vanilla Latte (120 cals, 12g protein)
So my protein is technically good for the day. I'd like to get in a bit more though. I may have chicken breast for dinner. I have about 500 calories left in my budget for the day so I have to use them wisely!!!
