I cut my finger! Sliced it good. Owie. Opening a damn package of damn brownie mix that La Petite Diva's damn teacher only asked me to make yesterday. I mean I don't mind providing treats for class parties but c'mon. Gimme more than 24 hours notice!!!

Anyway, today is an ordinary day for me. No Valentine in particular but I ain't mad. I do have a big assignment going at work .I'm writing an article for a magazine and it has to be GOOD as there are others submitting on the same subject. So I have to make mine the BEST!

Eats as I know them:

1. A lick of the brownie batter bowl (prolly why I cut my damn finger!)
2. A Click Frapp (ETA: Actually I was in the mood for a hot breakfast so I went to the cafeteria and got some scrambled eggs and they had...SCRAPPLE! I love scrapple and got a piece. It is yummy and worth every moment of the tummy ache I will have in a few moments.)
3. Tuna in a whole wheat pita (ETA: because of said injury and a near fatal mishap with the brownies I did not pack lunch but bought it: a salad with salad greens, tomato, onions, pepperoni, turkey, bacon and lite Parmesan Caesar dressing)
4. Hot Click Vanilla Latte
5. After Girl Scouts, I am taking the girls to Golden Corral for V-day. They have lots of healthy choices. I will pick one (or several)
6. Maybe a protein hot cocoa later

The cold that has been circulating through my 4 kids has finally caught up with me and I feel like I got strep for Valentine's Day.  Feel the love.

So with that being said it is going to be a light eats day and a lot of fluids.  Maybe some yogurt, greek frozen yogurt bar I got from Costco and choke down some protein shakes.  Maybe some warm ones would feel good.  I don't feel like swallowing anything right now.

Have a super day!

B- Yogurt
L- Chicken and carrots
S- Apple
D- Tuna Salad w/ light mayo

Have a great Valentine's day!

I got to the class early so 30 was a decent warm-up, which the class made up for as it was AT Intervals (Think gasping for breath).

However I do take a 2 hour endurance spin class on sunday afternoons and have been known to swim 2 miles before a spin class .

I like to get my monies worth out of the gym along with the monies of those who join but never go

L- didn't feel like packing, grabbed an apple, might order a salad
D - won't be going out -- something fast, gymnastics with the kiddo from 6-8

Happy V-Day!
