What's for (Sunday) dinner?
Not a good eating day for me I'm afraid. My post-call days off never are since I end up sleeping half the day away.
B - Quest Protein Bar (PB and Chocolate)
L- 1/2 can of Campbells Chili (steak and beans)
D- Morningstar farms Spicy Black Bean burger with a slice of cheese and a TBsp of guacamole on a 7 grain deli flat.
I've had about half of what I should have drank today (I have 2 hours to fit more in though) and eaten too much chocolate (bought m&ms to take to work on Wed, should never have done it because I've eaten like 3 little bags since last night).

*sigh* Bad, bad, bad.
I guess my two weeks of severe calorie/carb restricting with a normal-sized stomach finally caught up to me.
My son and I were strolling through the store looking for something for dinner. I found some turkey breast and broccoli, an the Kiddo wanted mac and cheese. Against my better judgment, I got some for him. Nothing overly terrible, like Kraft or Velveeta. It was Bob Evans' Mac and Cheese, about 180 calories per serving.
I made our separate dinners, and as we sat down to eat, I added about 1/3 cup of maca nd cheese to my plate as well. And ate it. And then went back and ate half a dozen more stolen spoonfuls from the bowl. Gah!
I mean, it's not like I blew my calorie count for the day or anything, but that was a lot of empty carbs I really don't need. And it didn't even taste that good.
I've been having weird pains... when I don't eat on time and start getting hungry, I get this weird, painful tension in my solar plexus. Feels a bit like heartburn, except I've never only had heartburn twice in my whole life. So I don't know why it'd be showing up now, and so regularly. Any ideas?

Today wasn't too bad! Just trying to finish my water for the day and then off to bed I go!
B: 1 scrambled egg with 1 slice of cheddar cheese, half slice of WW toast with sugar free jam
S: left over chicken from our Valentine's meal out (about 2 oz)
L: mini turkey sub from Subway. Ate mostly the meat and cheese. Bread wasn't sitting well in my pouch today like it has before.
D: grilled Caesar salad with chicken. So yummy! Grateful for my hubby braving the cold and grilling the romaine hearts for me! Yum!

Off eating day for me, too. I slept in, like I do on Sunday's. Had my protein decaf and my landlord showed up to replace my dishwasher. He was here about 6 hours! I thought he would never leave. He installed it and it didn't work so he took it out and exchanged it for another one. So I couldn't fix my lunch. I had a protein oatmeal chocolate cookie that I adapted from one of your recipes.
I was going to have some chicken chili after that but it was too close to dinner so I am about to have some of your taco casserole that I also adapted. I swear, if it weren't for your blog some days I wouldn't eat. I like to have that with sour cream on a tostado.
I do a lot of my eating at night. I just planned it that way because that is when I like to eat. Later I will have some popcorn with butter, pudding with protein and another protein oatmeal cookie before I go to bed.
