I personally NEED an accountability thread for Saturdays!

Today I am taking care of house stuff. The realtor is going to start showing my house at the end of next week and even though it is an "as-is" short sale...I don't want my house to look all jacked. :)

Anyway, here's what I've had so far.

1. Turkey & cheese roll-up w/ some dijon mustard
2. a handful of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (bad!)
3. Large decaf with creamer
4. Three thick tomato slices with about a heaping teaspoon on each of chipotle hummus
5. Curried chickpea soup with about 3 oz. of beef roast

Not sure what else is on the menu today.

  My first grandbaby is coming to visit with 3-4 adults. That with us and our 4 other kids means I am back to work in the kitchen. Curry chicken and rice for them. 

 So far today for me..still on mushies

  1. 2oz tuna with one hard boiled egg white mixed in 
  2.  8 oz sobe strawberry dragonfruit 0 water
  3   coffee

  Don't know about lunch but going to try and puree that chicken for dinner with enough curry to have some taste.

I'm sitting. Still feeling SuperYuck. Head's all swimming, and my kids are both sick. Fun times.

Breakfast was a pile of scrambled egg whites with salsa.

Lunch will be leftover roasted veggies - carrots, acorn squash, and brussels sprouts with a Healthy Choice steamer.

Dinner...? No idea yet. Probably a couple turkey dogs (no bun) and a side salad.

 Pure protein bar
2 hours at the gym
navel orange


Lunch:
2.5 oz tuna with very little lite mayo
3 olives (large ones)


Dinner:

Roast with potatoes, carrots, onions and mushrooms...yummo!!!! No potatoes for me though....they sit like a rock in my pouch.

Snack will be almonds and maybe another orange.

 i just got out of bed about an hour ago so not much for me yet!

b - 1 scrambled egg, 2 slices of bacon and some orange

no clue how the rest of the day will play out yet but i want some steak bad so i may run to trader joe's after the gym and get one. yum

 Hi All

Drizzy chilly gray day.  Slept in and made sugar free pecan cinnamon rolls with cresent dough.

Breakfast
Hot Click and later one sugar free cinnamon roll

Snack
sugar free dulce con leche latte

after that...no idea

Going to finally hang up pictures in our new house and maybe replace a light fixture or two.  Our anniversary (10 years) is this week and we are going to take the day off and explore Baltimore's Inner Harbor.

 Today is going to be a good day. My husband and I usually celebrate Valentine's Day by going out to dinner. Since that's not an option for me right now we're instead going to get massages, go for a walk, and having a movie night. In addition we are going to run some errands and get our taxes done.

B: 1 94% fat-free Hebrew National hot dog w/ no sugar added ketchup and yellow mustard. 

L: 1 egg, deviled

Still working on my first protein latte of the day... after that, probably will have another, some cucumbers and mini carrots with greek yogurt ranch dip, maybe a sweetened up greek yogurt later, and boneless porkchops and broccoli for dinner.

My primary goal today is to get in a LOT of fluids and to cut down bigtime on the grazing.

Just do house cleaning stuff today..taking it easy, and enjoying some slow times.
