What's for dinner? Friday!

 I melted mozzarella in a non-stick skillet to make those crisps everyone was talking about on the boards a couple of days ago. Then I nuked some turkey pepperoni slices to make chips. Probably not the most thought out dinner, but after all this mush food I was craving something crispy.

 I ate tuna fish for breakfast and dinner.  I still have a big ole bowl of it so I guess I'll be eating it again tomorrow.

I wanted something quick, so I opened a can of Progresso's 99% FF Lentils. I dumped canned ham into it. (Now this ham is some chicken of the sea-type brand that I tried once and hated. I had planned to throw it out.) Anyway, the combination was really delicious!!!

Today I ate:

Breakfast: One Costco Shake 160 cal and 30 grams protein
Snack 1/2 protien bar 100 cal 10 grams protein
Lunch: 2 beef ribs, small salad. 200 cal 10 grams protein
Snac:k other half of bar 100 cal 10 grams protein
clementine orange 40 cal
Dinner: Souplantation, boiled chix from the soup, two tiny meatballs from soup, huge salad and the cheesy top off of the foccacia.  Calories:?  Protein 20 grams
