What's for dinner? Friday!

Today with my mom was not bad. Considering my back is still not right (and despite feeling better this morning once I got moving the pain promptly returned) I guess it was good to slow down. She showed me this new Showtime series called "House of Lies" with Don Cheadle. Now I have to get Showtime!

That and I took the most awesome nap.

Dinner just got finished warming in the microwave: about 4 oz. of beef roast. That's about all the beef I can manage.

Other eats for the day:

1. 1 egg + 2 egg whites scrambled with cheese
2. 1/2 an egg, sausage & cheese sandwich on WW bread
3. A slice of WW bread w/ PB
4. A few more bites of  the other half of that sammich
5. A few bites of La Petite Diva's bagel (yep...so much for my plan for the day)

I also had a LOT of liquids today, including: Two Vitamin Water Zeroes, 2 full glasses of plain water, Crystal Light, one fully leaded coffee with cream and one Venti Decaf Americano from our just opened 'Bux in the neighborhood!

D: 2oz lean pork, 6 stalks of asparagus
I'll probably have some Kashi Go Lean a little later, or maybe an egg.

My household wanted tacos so I made mine in a lettuce leaf with lean ground beef, cheese, tomato, a tiny bit of sour cream and taco sauce with a spoon of jalapeno refried beans. My favorite meal and boy was it delic!

Busy day at work today...printers where down most of the day and very frustrating.

Breakfast:  Quest cinnamon roll protein bar....I need to order more

Snack:  homemade sugar free toasted marshmallow latte

Snack:  handful of dry roasted nuts

Lunch:  small piece of roasted cod
              a few bites of spinach and portabello lasagna
              about a cup of grilled baby asparagus
              few bites of roasted corn with onions

Snack:  Click protein shake

Dinner:  half of a small Italian sub with no mayo

I overdid the carbs today!

Breakfast: protein hot chocolate
Snack: apple
Lunch: egg salad on a sandwich thin & sugar snap peas
Snack: cottage cheese & half a Quest bar
Dinner: Wendy's chili & a few fries
Snack: 2 tortilla chips & a bowl of granola cereal w/ vanilla soy milk

I now feel sick after eating the cereal.  I knew I would, but ate it anyway.  Ugh.

 I used to be such a cereal binger. It was my ultimate comfort food. 
After Rny I just can't eat it. It's a blessing really. About once every 6 months or so I will try a bowl and get so sick. I can have it in the house for the kid now and not even see it.

I know its not great but its what I ate today

1/2 salami & cheese sandwich on potato bread
2nd 1/2 of sandwich
a few bites of five guys cheeseburger
some more of same five guys cheeseburger
yet some more of that five guys cheeseburger

 Weird bad kinda day...
B-Coffee with 2 scoops protein
L-.5 steak salad
D- homemade burgers...hubby made them into hearts, a couple baked fries, brussel sprouts.

Snack friend made a cheesecake w splenda and greek yogurt, no crust, and she dropped me off a small piece....MAN it was the best!  Topped it with my sf black cherry syrup Nikki sent me!

Terrible day for me so far eating-wise.  Had a protein shake this morning - 1 cup Calorie Countdown chocolate, 1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb creamy vanilla, for lunch I had 2 oz of Eggbeaters.with some shredded Cheddar Jack and that's it for today.  I got so busy this afternoon and this evening and it's 9:30 PM and just sitting down.  I'll probably have some Yoplait 2xprotein Greek yogurt and call it a day.  I hope to do a little better tomorrow...

I did great until dinner... and now I am once again convinced my "pouch" is the size of a soccer ball

B- 1 scrambled egg, 1oz deli sliced ham, 1oz shredded cheese, 1/2 Tbs salsa --- about 281 cals

L - 2.5oz tuna steak, ~3/4c steamed veggies (broc/caul/carrot), 1 large strawberry w/ less than an oz of chevre goat cheese - about 364 cals

D.... sigh
HIBACHI and SUSHI
1c Miso soup
6 pieces of shrimp tempura sushi
1/4 tomato
1oz shrimp
1oz steak
1/4 orange

Can ANYONE here really eat that much food?!?!?!? I felt absolutely NO discomfort, just full - not even "Thanksgiving full"
