and that's all I know so far. I am a poor planner.

As for plans today. I kept my 4 y/o home from pre-school today b/c he slept in. This child is NOT a good sleeper so I just let him sleep. So it's just me and the 3 kiddo's hanging out today. I plan on doing some cleaning and bible study between playing mommy. Wish me luck, with 2 2y/o's and a 4 y/o that can be very difficult. LOL Then tonight I am taking my son over to his friends house, so he can play with his friend and I can hang with his mom (for some much needed girl time). Dh will have just the twins tonight, so it will be a little break for him. My son is ALL about dad once he walks through the door.

So glad to hear you are feeling better today!  I really hope you get complete relief soon!

As for eats...

1. Mango protein smoothie
2. 2 98% FF turkey sausage links
3.1/2 egg /cheese

Who knows what else?

Well I'm so excited to say that I was advanced to stage 3 (soft solid foods) today. I've had breakfast so far and feel great...no foamies or anything to speak of.

B: 1 scrambled egg w/ chives and a teeny bit of shredded white cheddar
L: Ricotta cheese with marinara and a bit of mozzarella, nuked until gooey
D: Not sure yet. Thinking about making deviled eggs or egg salad

As of yesterday I'm down 20 lbs since surgery on 01/25/12. I'm feeling great!

It's been SUCH a difficult week!!! 

B: 1/2 balance bar

1 hour cardio at the gym followed by wrestling my 18 month old and my 30 month old into their car seats! 

S: Light string cheese

Haven't even given any thought to the rest of the day yet :(

Foods and stuffs:

B - Fage, pears, splenda, Special K Protein cereal and ground flax.

Decaf coffee with splenda and ff non dairy creamer.

Two bottles of water in.

L - 1/2 a tomato, 2 green onions, 1/4 avocado, 1 oz cheese, 1 hardboiled egg and 1 tbsp yogurt ranch.  And 1/4 of a piece of low carb pecan bar from my fave sugar freebakery.

AND 4 sticks of gum.

Not sure what dinner will be.  I have some chicken breasts thawed out.

I plan to get in a run at the gym before I have to figure out how to be in two places at once.

L: Turkey/Cheese lo carb tortilla wrap, stir fried veggies
S: Greek Yogurt with NSA Diced Pears
D: Gluten Free Pizza (turkey pepperoni, fresh mozarella, mushrooms & onions), spinach salad
S: FF Hot Protein Chocolate

Well that's the plan...
