What are you eating/doing today? FRIIIIIIIDAY!!!
First, can I say that I miss Diva. I got so used to her starting this thread and I want her to come back, with her one chicken wingette and cake eating tiny self. :)
My back is still hurting today but much less, thankfully. I'm off work and hanging with my mom today, which probably means I'll be watching tv all day with her. I HATE that. My mom is 100% sedentary, which I also have some feelings about but at this point there's not really much she can do about it (she's sort of let herself get to the point of no return) so I always have to fight back these feelings of resentment that whenever we spend time together we are watching the same tv shows and having the same conversation over and over and over and over...and when I try to change things up, it gets ugly.
There. I said it. I feel a lot better. I guilt trip myself a lot about this but my therapist recently brought up a good point, "Even if you were being a jerk (and I'm not saying you are) you have a right and a need to express your feelings." That was pretty deep.
MOVING ON...not sure about eats. I don't want to indulge any because I haven't worked out the last two days and likely won't until my back feels like I won't further injure it. So...
1. Scrambled eggs/cheese
2. I'm taking tuna to my mom's house to make for lunch just in case I can't convince her to go out for lunch
3. I'll probably do a protein shake in there somewhere
4. I have leftover roast beef in the fridge. I can't eat much beef at a sitting but boy does it taste GOOD!
5. Probably some Greek yogurt and by the time I get home I will have picked up more Fiber One.

Today is going to be an interesting day. Chips and myself have been at war and I have lost most of the battles. I tend to eat a lot in one sitting. So my focus today is to get rid of the chips,Fries and whatever other white carbs I"I've been consuming and cut back on my portions.
B- berries with 0% plain greek yogurt and 1 splenda packet
S- none
L- ham and cheese
S- protein bar
D- turkey chili with white onions and 1/4 cup ww cheese
S- none

I'm at work ...have some reporting deadlines to meet (oh the joy) so I'll be churning away on that.
My eats:
B: Protein coffee
S1: plain yogurt w/ vanilla SF syrup and 1/4 cup of crushed fiber one cereal
L: 2oz canned chicken that I mixed with 2 tablespoons of black beans, sauteed pepers and onions and adobo seasoning. I'm going to eat it w/ 1/2 of a low carb torilla (8in). It's my little "take that" jab at Chipotle.
S2: Chibani 2% pineapple yogurt
Dinner and S3 are up in the air. I'm going out tonight after the gym with friends, I'll grab a protein bar after the gym for a snack and for dinner I'll prob stick to strickly protein...whatever looks ok on the menu and call it a night.

Still battling the carb monster here - so stocked up some of the Kays Naturals for snacks. . .helps during the day but damn the evenings are rough!

They're calling for a lil bit of snow tonight -- OMG, let's shut the whole place down now -- it's a wonder schools aren't closed for Monday alrighty..no joke, people in the South freak over this stuff. It's funny to watch em! i'm from KY originally and it was never like it is here -- it's amazing the difference in just moving one state down LOL

I'm feeling kind of...eck...some things with regards to my family are leaving me feeling a touch overwhelmed. I think it's going to be that way until I make a decision for the betterment of my new life. I'm also having trouble sleeping, which doens't help all this (waves hand in air) crap.
