I'm kinda behind. I still need one more dose of calcium, plus my iron and C.

I do best on calcium because I trained hubby when he makes me a protein drink too make me one with calcium.
but I"m awful on being good with vitamins. That and my 5 lb gain over optimum has convinced me I need to come back here.

I chased my dreams, and my dreams, they caught me!
Posting a daily vitamin check in here really helps me keep up with them. I hate to post "Hey, how are you all doing with vitamins? I haven't taken any today, but I sure hope you have!"

I put my daily doses into one container in the morning and, if it is empty at night, I know I did my job!
Kelly... since I have your ear...
My joints have been creaking lately and I am interested in trying some Glucosamine/Chondroitin..
Do you know anything about whether or not we absorb this well or not?
I may start a new topic on this later tonight... but you were the one I hoped would read it, so I am asking here too.
Thanks!

I keep a stash of pills in my purse so I do have them with me. My problem is that I have a pretty bad gag reflex (all my life-not surgery related) so when I swallow pills I take a bite of food chew and just before I swallow slip the pill in my mouth and swallow with the food. I find my "method" a little difficult to do while driving. I tend to wanna sit down at a table and take my time to eat and swallow pills. I get off work fairly early so I'm thinking I should start taking one dose as soon as I get home and the 2nd dose at dinner time.
