1/4 cup of manwich made with turkey and 4 water crackers.

Later, 1/4 greek yogurt with something.

24 blue diamond almomds


8 oz. low fat milk


8 very small steamed shrimp/ Very large garden salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing..YUM!!

Made Nik's cheese cake for tomorrow...SMELLS AWESOME!!!! Love your recipes!!!!!

dinner today: Quiche .... approximately 200 calories.

It's what I eat for most of my meals

I'm tired of it .... but it's what I always eat. It works. Doesn't set off my RH ..... filling.

I live a boring life.

2 slices of dietz & watson buffalo chicken breast lunch meat with once slice of lite havarti cheese and yellow mustard, rolled up

6 dilly beans

1 green olive

I have 1/4 cup of tabblouleh salad, but I can't eat it.  chicken going down rough LOL

 Released early today because of incoming bad weather but except for a little sleet nothing ever materialized.  Came home at three though and had a good nap :)

Breakfast: Berry Quest Bar

Snack:  Click protein shake

later snack:  Fiber Gourmet cheese crackers

Lunch:  Roast pork slice, okra with tomatoes, sauteed kale and a few bites of jambalaya...I love the help yourself and pay per ounce at our work cafeteria

Dinner:  homemade chili mixed with artichoke flour pasta and topped with cheese

Been a little hurty and ill lately. Stomach not doing so well.

B-nothing but a 1/4c water

S-2 small bites protein bar

L-1/4c chili

S-2 small bites protein bar

D-TBD. Stomach really hurty and not doing well. Sipping water and taking phenergan to get rid of my nausea. Might do a bit of soup.

 

Definitely a bad protein/liquids day. Having a hard time keeping things down. Hoping I feel better tomorrow.

Celery and peanut butter (love Jif To Go cups)
Ravioli with homemade spagheti sauce made out of ground turkey
Quest protein bar
Couple of cheese sticks
a Trader Joe's mini chocolate soy ice cream sandwich

And five 3 cup bottles of water.

Breakfast burritos for the fam.  Chicken taco salad for me - romaine, southwest chicken breast strips, black beans, cheese, Greek yogurt, salsa and tons of Frank's Red Hot.
