I made your protein pancakes for myself tonight ~ OMG they are delish!! I didn't have Atkins bake mix but used Bob's Red Mill farms 7 grain pancake mix, and added a couple of frozen blueberries in each pancake. I will for sure be making these again and again!! Thank you!!

I'll have a snack before bed.  I'm drinking some tea right now and will probably have an ice cream bar in an hour or so.

For dinner I will have cooked ham, laughing cow spread on it and green onion inside rolled up. Each one is 60 cals and 7 grams of protein. I can probably eat 2-3!

I love Laughing Cow spread on ham roll ups. It's very satisfying. I have recently tried spreading a little cream cheese or marscapone cheese on a slice of ham. It was much richer because of the fat. I think the Laughing Cow is just as good though. You can't go wrong with a ham and cheese roll up!

Dinner, which I am about to heat up shortly, is Eggface's Pastaless manacotti, which is simply divine.

I suspect it will be followed by a jellow NSA dark chocolate mousse cup with a tablespoon of NSA wild blueberry jam and a puff of cool whip. Yum!
