Raspberries are my favorite food in the whole world.  I was so happy to find some at the grocery store today.

Here's what I've had so far:

B - protein hot chocolate
S - greek yogurt
L - 3 cups mixed greens with 3 oz chicken
S - cottage cheese and 1 Oh Yeah protein wafer

I don't know what's for dinner - maybe spaghetti & meatballs for the family & just meatballs & spinach for me.  I'm hungry like crazy today too.  My daughter has a basketball game tonight so dinner will be late.  I plan to eat my other protein wafer as a pre-dinner snack.  Gotta keep the blood sugar stable!

-I had click and skim on the way to the gym
-Panera for lunch: you pick two asian sesame chicken salad and a cup of chicken noodle soup with an apple
- Greek yogurt and half a cup of berries
- no clue on dinner

This morning, breakfast was 1/4 cup eggwhites, a slice of Healthy Life low carb toast with a very light smear of jam, and a couple bites of a banana. (120 cals)

Then I went to the pool and did an hour of deep water aerobics. Actually made me sweat.

Lunch was a chocolate protein shake with skim milk, and a 240 calorie Healthy Choice turkey dinner (460 cals)

Snack was a part-skim string cheese (75 cals)

I then went to the hospital for my meeting with anesthesiology and more bloodwork. I was so hungry, and they drew 4 tubes of blood. So afraid I'd be woozy for the drive home, I grabbed a chocolate Fiber One bar from the gift shop (about 230 cals)

Not my best choice ever, but I was feeling really yucky.

Skipping dinner, will water load instead. Not really hungry after the F/O bar. Still trying to flush out those last 8 pounds before surgery.

click protein shake

small omelet with peppered ham and onions

Plan on a relaxing weekend with yet another trip to MVA on Monday...they have weird rule in Maryland that they have to hold your title to register your car.  I have to bring in my car payment info so they have the info to order it.  By the time they get it I am sure I will have to re-inspect and re-smog the car.
