oops I made cream cheese!
What on earth does one do with cream cheese other than put it on bread of some kind? Apparently I am still getting the hang of this yogurt making business.

To strain it, I put a mesh strainer over a big bowl (so the bowl will catch all the liquid that drains out and I won't make a big mess), then line the strainer with cheesecloth. Then I just stick the whole thing in the fridge.
I guess how long it would take to make cream cheese would depend on how thick the yogurt was to begin with. Mine took about 6.5 hours.
