just a reminder - check the serving size on your calcium
On many brands of calcium, the serving size is two tablets. The bottle may say "500 mg per serving" but if you look where it says "serving size," it says "two tablets." That's tricky because most people just naturally assume a serving is one tablet. So just a little reminder, check that label. If you are taking calcium citrate, you probably won't find any with more than about 315 mg per tablet - a tablet with more calcium than that would be HUGE.

Do you mean both multivitamins? I would not take both together, no. We can only absorb so much of certain vitamins and minerals at a time.
No, I haven't heard from Lora. I hope she's OK.

Kelly, I know now thanks to you to take my Iron separately from my calcium, prior to reading one of your post i was taking them together. I take 2 multivitamins a day and I take them at the same time which is not a good thing to do; according to your post. Thank you again for the information you are so helpful.
