What have you eaten today? And what's for dinner!

I didn't see a thread for eating, so...I'm starting one.

Right now I am STARVING! You know, I appreciate the return of hunger. I really do. Many people fear it. For me, it is a gadge. I don't have to guess when I should eat. Pouch is empty. Nik feels hungry. Time to eat!

S'anyway, here's what I've had today...you'll see why I am hungry when you see it:

1. 1/3 c. oatmeal with 1 tbsp peanut butter and some Splenda
2. Half a WW pita pocket with a Laughing Cow Light wedge, 2 oz. roast beef and two slices of tomato

Yep...that's about it. I'm about to gnaw my damn arm off!

Time to get home and get some grub!!!

1. 1 heaping Tbsp (dry) oatmeal with skim milk and blueberries, Carbmaster cheese cake yogurt and vanilla protein powder mixed into oatmeal...delicious.
2. 3/4 cup homemade chili for lunch-made with tomatoes from garden.
3. Probably a roasted chicken salad for dinner..about 1 cup full.

B-2 scoops inflavored isopure in my coffee

L- left over chinese chicken n shrimp

D- no idea I have therapy tonight so will eat later then the family so they are pasta ing it tonight.

 Still pre-op, here. 

I had a Nostimo honey greek yogurt for breakfast (110)
Healthy Choice chicken, potatoes, and mixed veggies for lunch (340)
Reduced fat string cheese for snack (70)
Dinner will be tuna salad on toast with tomato, lettuce, and pickles. (~400)

For a total of 920 calories. I may have a chocolate protein shake for dessert since I have calories to spare.

Breakfast:  Click protein drink mixed with milk

Snack:  Quest PB &J Protein Bar

Lunch:  Half a peppered ham and cheese sandwich on double fiber bread

Snack:  Think think blueberry nut protein bar

later:  sugar free low fat caramel latte

Dinner...probably some roast lemon and garlic chicken with steamed brocilli

 Prebreakfast- Pure Protein Shake  (while I am driving the kiddo to school)
Breakfast- Toasted 12grain piece of bread with P2B and 1/2 a bananna
Lunch- egg white omlet with piece of american cheese
Afternoon snack- McAllisters Veggie Chili
Dinner- Maybe a protien bar not sure.  Grilled cheese for the family but I have had my bread for the day, so not sure about me.  
After dinner snack - small kiwi and 2-3 strawberries.   

I am finally getting enough protein in that I feel like I can make room for some fruits and veggie.  Dont eat them often, but they are delicious when I do!!!

Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs with light cheddar and a soy sausage...which proceeded to get stuck so only a couple bites of breakfast (lesson learned...too dry)

Lunch - some smoked salmon, 2 olives, 1 ounce fresh mozzarella

Snack - Light Muscle Milk

Dinner - Grits with ICBINBL, Seared Tofu seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic and covered in Spaghetti sauce.  Very yummy.

 Lunch- crab dip & veggies
 Dinner- 1/2 small pastrami sandwich

S - turkey pepperoni / laughing cow light cheese wedges (2)
D - will be porkchop and cabbage again
