Got yours in yet?

I've had my multis, my A, my mag oxide and ALL THREE doses of calcium!  I will take my iron and C in a couple hours.

You folks that said you would work on the calcium with me, have you gotten yours all in today?

I'm all in! :-0  Just a calcium before bed and I am good!  (I love my calcium treat at night!)

I may have had a few extra potholes along the way, but the journey has been good!

I got my vits in.

I have a question for you, Kelly. I talked to my doctor about the calcium thing. It's the ONLY thing we haven't discussed. He said as long as I was getting my calcium through food I didn't need to supplement. Your thoughts?

My thoughts are, I wonder why he disagrees with the position of the ASMBS on that issue?  Their recommendations are based on science.  What science is he basing his advice on?  I would like to see the studies backing that up.

Yeah.  I take A because my A was low last time I had labs done.  I take mag oxide because it's supposed to help with constipation.  I take C because it helps with the absorption of iron.
