so who does NOT dump?
My definition is that of the Mayo Clinc and having a tummy ache does not mean you're dumping. Symptoms of dumping include things like a rapid heart rate, sweating, lightheadedness, fatigue in addition to a tummy ache and sometimes nausea/vomiting/diarrhea.

I've never dumped off refined sugar...not sure if its because I have kept it below my threshhold or what. I don't want to increase the amounts to find out either. But I was able to have a small slice of pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving with no problems. HOWEVER...I do dump on things I thought would be good for me. I cannot eat greek yogurt with any granola on it. 1/4th cup of low sugar (5grams or less) on top will cause me to dump hard! I did that last summer and then again a month ago because I forgot! Fast heartbeat, nausea, followed by a powernap. Completely knocked out!

I don't dump thank goodness, but sometimes I wished I did as I know that would be more helpful for me to stay away from sweets. But I am determined not to allow myself to think I can "get away" with eating that stuff. It's not healthy and I want to keep eating healthy.
