I dumped in the beginning, but I no longer do. I do need to lay down and take a nap though if I eat too many white carbs, but I no longer get the nausea/heart racing/gonna die feelings I once did. Which on the one hand sucks because I've been eating things I know I shouldn't recently. But if there's a positive aspect it's that I'm not afraid of food anymore (from the sugar aspect at least).

I haven't yet but eggs anyway you make them in the morning make me sick.  I always watch my sugar and fat content like a hawk tho.  I've been thinking about pushing the envelope to see if I am a dumper but then get scared that if I find out for sure I don't dump I may want to cheat occassionally and I really don't think I want to go down that path...so I may never know.  Maybe when I reach my goal weight I may try something to experiment and find out but for now I limit my fats to 3 grams per serving and sugars to 5 grams per serving.

I haven't dumped yet.  Been too scared tp try anything with a lot of sugar.  I did have some orange chicken at panda Express.  That didn't bother me.  I kinda wi**** had.

I don't dump.  I was served a regular coke in a restaurant a few months ago and was so caught up in conversation that I didn't realize it until I was half way through drinking it.

no dumping here so far either. It can be both a blessing and a curse. I've never been a sweet eater but sometimes I get a craving. Dumping was my greatest fear with the RNY because my mother dumps terribly but back then I didn't understand. Now I understand why it happens to her and that she does nothing to help herself.

Like others have expressed here, I do not dump on sugar. I do have a reaction similar to dumping with some fatty or rich foods (excessive nausea, vomiting, dizziness). I get sleepy after eating too much sugar. I also have a bad reaction to excessive amounts of sugar alcohols (tried sugar free froyo once, never again!).

I guess my answer goes toward what your definition of dumping is. I have never had diarrhea, but if I eat greasy food, I get a tummy ache and if I eat/drink to fast it comes back up in foam. Believe me it is no fun to have peanuts and Crystal Lite lemonade coming back up.…happened to me today.
