I've got one dose in, but I also haven't been up very long.  Yes, I know it's noon.  What can I say?  I was up late.

Calcium is so hard for me! I love the Bariatric Choice chews, but any kind of calcium makes it hard for me to go to the bathroom! Any suggestions? Thank you!

MIrilax and magnesium oxide.

I like the BA caramel chews but I can't afford to use them all the time.

Thanks for the reminder!  As long as we're on the topic, I have a question... how long does it have to be between doses?  I know 500 mg at a time and not with iron, so that takes out morning and bedtime for me.  How many hours between each 500 dose?

This and my water intake are the two areas I struggle with.  I take all my other vitamins with out any problems but when it comes to the calcium...there is some sort of mental block there that makes it hard for me to remember and actually take it.

I need to order some more Calcet creamy bites and leave a few boxes at my desk so that I can pop a few randomly at work or something,
