Getting yours in for the day?

I've got both multis, my D3, my mag oxide and one dose of calcium citrate.  I'll get iron and C before bed and I guess I should go get another dose of upcal D right now.  I may end up short on one dose of calcium again today.  I gotta buy some more yummy chewy calcium.  I should be getting paid for a job in a few days and I guess that's where some of my money will be going.  I just do not get it all in othewise.

I appreciate the vitamin schedule you posted last week.  But I'm still struggling to get in all my vitamins and my synthroid.  I take 2 multis with iron, 3 calcium with D 3, 1 iron, 1 sublingual B12 and 1 thyroid pill.  Any suggestions for a schedule?  I take my other meds in the am when I wake up.  I have been doing that for years so I don't want to change that.  They are 2 antidepressants, Nuvigil, and Nexium.

Thanks for your help,
Tonya

Thanks I'm going to try it!  I knew you could come up with something. I've been carrying them around in a pill box trying to remember to take them all.

When I have my surgery, should I be getting vitamins from stores like GNC or at one of the Bariatric sites?

If you want, but you don't have to.  Vitamins from walmart or CVS are just fine.

I don't know what it's like where you live, but here the drugstores don't carry B12 sub-lingual (dissolves under the tongue).  We found it at Trader Joe's.

Hmm.  They do where I live.  You can get them at Walmart here.
