If you haven't already, check out how to submit a pledge (goal to work on for one week) and be entered to win a great prize!

One request, though. Please make sure you read the instructions thoroughly before posting. When running a contest like this I have to adhere to the rules to keep fairness and I want everyone's pledges to count!

Thanks.

All right, I pledged.  I went back and forth about what goal I wanted to choose.  I almost pledged to exercise but ended up pledging to make sure I eat protein at EVERY meal and snack because I need to get my RH under better control.  Plus, that seemed easier than exercising.  But one week I am gonna pledge to exercise, I promise I am!

I post my official pledge tomorrow and it was rough. On the one hand I need to kick up my motivation for running but on the other I need to work on my liquid intake.

Sigh... guess we'll see tomorrow which one I chose.

I had to give up the ghost and start buying bariatric chewable vitamins. I comply, sadly, because I like the taste of them.

See I am weird that way...I DON"T expect my medicine to taste good and my vits are meds to me. I just forget to take the damn things.

Yes, that was my problem too. I'd always forget. BUT I find after I eat a meal, I need something to get the food taste out of my mouth. The vitamins do the trick. Hence, I remember to take my vitamins.

I didn't switch because I didn't like my other (non-flavored) vitamins, but I wasn't very motivated to remember to take them. When I got the chewables and figured out they help me move on from a meal, they gained an additional and practical purpose, so it became a win-win.

I pledged to get in 64oz of liquids every day.  I've been struggling with this lately.  I've been feeling tired and I wonder if it's not because of this?  Anyway, my surgery was 5 1/2 weeks ago and tomorrow will be my first day back to work so I will need all the energy I can get.  One way to keep that energy up is to keep my liquid intake where it needs to be!

I pledged to take all of vitamins everyday, no matter if I feel like it or not.
