I eat the "No Sugar Added" versions all the time, usually about 1/4 or 1/3 cup tho, as that's just enough deliciousness for me!

You have to be very careful about such things because often the sugar content is quite high.  Unless they have a "no sugar added" version, or have nutritional information available to tell you how much sugar is in it (it will have some sugar because the yogurt has natural sugar in it), I would avoid it.

Yogi Castle no sugar added (just the sample cup) works for me... although I think the workers get mad

Yogurtland is my favorite weekend treat. I usually get half of the no sugar added (they have a frappachino no sugar added now) and some of the low fat. I didn't try it until I was a year out though, don't think I could have tolerated it earlier. Now I have no problem as long as I keep at least half of it no sugar added.

I tried some sugar free froyo once and get really sick - it is full of sugar alcohols! I have had regular low fat since, a small mini cone, and it was fine. It all depends on whether you dump or react badly to sugar alcohol. Proceed with caution!
