daily vitamin check in

Got yours in?  I have my multis, mag oxide, vitamin A, iron and C in.  And my B12 shot.  But only one dose of calcium.  I do a lot better with the calcium when I have the yummy chews or Calcet bites but I cannot afford those all the time right now.  I'm working on it.

I have done all of my vitamins for the day, but still need 2 more doses of calcium. I have the hardest time remembering my calcium.. I wi**** didn;t have to be spaced out and away from my Iron. I think that might be my issue.

YUP!!! All vitamins in for the day, just took my last calcium for the day.
