A much better option is to take Miralax daily. It's a powder that goes
into anything and has no taste...also doesn't thicken and turn
gloopy. It doesn't have the harsh effect of a laxative like Ex-Lax
and is safe to take long term and will keep you regular as a clock.
When you get farther out and are eating more foods, veggies etc.
you may not need anything to stay regular.  Good luck!

I second the Miralax. I take it twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. Keeps things moving.
