daily vitamin check in
Thanks for the reminder. I just took my calcium, so one more dose of that and I'm done! I just got some bad results from my blood work last week. I thought my B12 might be low because I've been feeling worn out lately and I know I hardly ever remember to take it, but it turns out that my vitamin D and iron are low. I'm not great about taking the iron either, but better than the B12 so I was a little surprised. Anyway, I got out my weekly pillbox to remind me to take everything, and I've been doing pretty well. My PCP wants me to go to a hemotologist to see about infusions. Not sure what's involved with that, but it's probably a good idea. Who knows how long it would take me to build the iron back up with it. Also, I wonder what the side-effects of low Vitamin D are?
