How's everyone doing on vitamins today?  I still gotta get my iron and C in, otherwise I'm done for the day.

I dunno about the WBC.  Sorry.

As far as iron, how much have you been taking?

Got all mine in.  Also got back lab results and everything was great.  My iron was low in Dec and they were talking infusion - but I added extra and brought it back up in a month.  My liver enzymes were in normal range for the first time since my surgery and my A1c is still great.  Very thankful, still, for this surgery.

However, the doctor did put me back on blood pressure meds - I went off of them after my surgery almost 4 years ago - but my pressure has slowly risen over time - he thinks it's probably hereditary because everything else is great.  I can live with one med and I will work on more exercise.

Crappy.  Got chastized by the endocrinologist for taking my multi and Synthroid together.  My previous endo said it was fine (not ideal, but fine.)  Since I couldn't take the two together, I just took the Synthroid.    This hunger/acid issue has screwed me up all day so that is the only thing I have taken.

Hoping tomorrow is better!

 Bah, I'm struggling.

I took my calcium this morning and my multi an hour later or something, then didn't have my calcium with me so took it when I got home.

Just took my multi and vit D (still using the oil till it's gone though not effective)

I'll take my last calcium before bed

We can't take our calcium and multi at the same time?  Or is it iron and calcium we can't take.  I haven't been told to start Iron, I would imagine at my 6 week he said he would get me started on it.

Compared to everyone else it doesn't seem like I'm taking much.  The calcium will be better when I buy some tablet form just to pop into my lunch bag..

It's calcium and iron you don't want to take together.  Calcium blocks the absorption of iron.

So if you have iron in your multi and you take it with your calcium, you won't absorb that iron.

Thanks Kelley!  I'll keep doing it this way until I get on the iron, then maybe switch things up :)
