So has anyone had the flu since surgery? VETS?  Was it different then before? If yes how so? 
I ask as I had a horrible night last night. Such pain and just feeling so sick. It hit me all of a sudden and was four hours after I ate anything. So it wasnt like soemthing was stuck. Now today I feel yucky and off but thakfully the pain in my abdomin is gone.

I have had a stomach bug last month and I threw up for hours. I was throwing up stuff that I knew had gone out of my pouch because it had been hours so I freaked out and called my Dr and they said I can have stuff come up back threw my pouch that was in my intestines because we don't have a pyloric valve. It was very strange and they prescribed me zofran and it stopped. I also had diarrhea and they said not to take anything for that so that I wouldn't keep the 'bug' in my intestines.

 I am 3 weeks out today and I had a stomach bug last week.  I threw up for hours. I thought I was going to blow a staple! My doctor said something could have been stuck but I had diarrhea too so probably a bug.  My belly muscles were sore for a couple of days but I'm fine now.
