Fruit salad...I make a batch of it every 1-2 weeks and have at least 4oz every day as a snack.
Cheese sticks - like string cheese but I like the colby jack ones

I got addicted to these cheddar rice cakes from Aldi a couple weeks ago and have had to stop buying them since they had pretty much NO nutritional value to them and I was eating them all the time.

Up until a couple weeks ago my default dinner was poached tilapia, but I had it for so long (every night for MONTHS!!) that I'm almost sick of it now.  I know I'll go back to it since I love it, but I'm trying different things lately.

Yogurt! Especially greek yogurt. I eat it at least once, if not twice a day.

My diet has changed after transplant. Food that I used to have to limit I need to eat in excess for a while. There are also foods that I used to eat all the time that I can't have anymore (my default beverage green tea is out)
I am feeling so out of whack. I do better with default food choices

Coming back to the land of the living. Today was my first full day at home. I have a lot of readjusting to do. I have a LOT of pills to take and a new diet to play around with.
I'm happy to be home.
I am beyond grateful I've been given this gift.

Cheese!!!!   Babybels are my favorite... light or regular...  (although they are awfully pricey unless I can get someone to pick some up for me at Sam's), but I also like string cheese, havarti, cheddar, colby...     Other than the string cheese and Babybels, I usually eat full fat cheese, BTW.

I periodically get really tired of yogurt, eggs, chicken, etc... but I never get tired of cheese!
