I have to say protein bars as well. I always have one with me especially since this RH has started. Its something I can grab and dont have to keep refrigerated.

As a matter of fact, there is a  Zone Perfect bar (ok, maybe its not the best protein bar) but its awesome for dessert. Chocolate Caramel Cluster. OMG. especially since Im a chocolate girl and for whatever chocolate doesnt make me dump like other sugary things do. It has 15 grams of protein. The Chocolate Almond Raisin is really good too.

Im trying to get back into the shakes as well, Looking over my logs, I need more protein.

Cheese.  On the go- BabyBel.  Otherwise, string cheese, organic cheese, cottage cheese, Sargento Provolone slices.

My pouch always accepts cheese.  (Usually boiled eggs too - but aren't convient to carry all day in my purse!!)

Um guess you don't mean popcorn right?? lol but it kinda is one of my go to foods. I can eat in and not feel gross. However, I really like the peanut butter POWER CRUNCH bars at Trader Joes. They are 13 grms of protein only 5 grms of sugar and NO SUGAR ALCOHOL and 200 calories.

For me it is refried beans.  I always have a can in the pantry.  It is a simple and quick lunch or dinner.

Speaking of eggs....I never cook eggs in the morning because I don't want to have to clean up the mess, but  I found a bunch of recipes for eggs in a cup you can can do in the microwave.  I also found an omelet in a bag.(Kinda like we used to do at girl scout camping trips.)  I am going to be experimenting the next few days.

tilapia - steamed with a bit of lemon juice, salt, pepper. Sometimes I get crazy and put a ring of onion on it for a different taste. There have been several days in a row where I had tilapia at least 1x sometimes 2
