What are you eating/doing today? Dreary Monday...

I keep seeing it over and over again in my head. The touchdown pass dropped, the field goal kick not EVEN making it...sigh...I still love my Ravens but today is a melancholy day in Baltimore for sure (shut up, Cheryl). The weather isn't helping either. It's cloudy and foggy and drizzly and what I call "pneumonia weather" (cold enough for there to be mist when you talk but warm enough to breed germs). Ick!

So today is work, then a church council meeting, then home to work out/spend time with the divas.

Eats as I know them:

1. Eggs, bacon, sausage and a slice of rye toast (hella FULL)
2. Click Frapp
3. Probably a piece of fruit. Been trying to eat more whole fruits/veggies
4. Making turkey burgers for dinner. WIll make me a slider with grilled onions and cheese
5. Peach Greek yogurt (Greek yogurt with splenda and a few pumps of davinci sugar-free peach syrup)

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!

Ugh...taking my daughter to the ER for fluids and dealing with too many specialists' offices.  It's been a rough weekend for my lovebug.  :(  Waiting on a few calls.

Shake and a handful of pills/vitamins...that's as far as I've gotten.

Breakfast was a protein bar.

I think lunch is going to be homemade yogurt.

I have no clue what dinner will be.  My partner is working late so I won't be cooking anything.  Maybe some more yogurt, or a protein shake.

Snacks will be some cheese and maybe some roasted chickpeas.
