Activity check-in - Saturday
This thread has been good for me. Namely, I have gotten off my lazy arse and did something.
Having said that...it's cold as a bleepity-bleep outside! But I schlepped to the Y and did 40 minutes on the treadmill (2.84 miles) and did some weights.
What's up with you guys?

I went to my nieces gymnastic meet this morning, but due to the Arkansas Razorback basketball game we had to park almost 1 1/2 miles aways from the gym. If you have ever been the the Arkansas Ozarks, there are a lot of hills. Getting to the gym was easy, downhill all the way, but leaving walking up 5 flights of steps then a long hike back up the hill. My legs are killing me tonight.
But I made it. So it's all good.

I'm a total slacker today. Had planned to do yoga at 4:30, but I was STILL at the grocery store. That's what I get for waiting too late on a Sunday to get there.
I guess you could call pushing a grocery cart around the store for a few hours an activity, right? My app says it burned about 250 calories...
