Got yours in yet?

I've had both multis, my D3, my mag oxide and two doses of calcium.  I need one more calcium and my iron and C still.

I tried a sample of a vitamin chew Calicum  500mg from Sam's today. Anybody ever taken these?

Is it calcium citrate?  I'm guessing it's carbonate and not good for us.

both multi, all D3 and calcium, b complex, b12  will do iron and c at bed.  I'm happy that I am so on top of it today. weekends are hard because there's no structure like when I am at work

I think I'm finally getting this whole vitamin thing .. it's only taken me two and a half months

I haven't had blood work done in months, and I won't get any until next month, so I'm trying to figure out how much D3 and B12 to take.

That said, I need one more multi/calcium and then my iron before bed! whee! Today will be the first day I've managed to get them all in!

I'd start out with 500 mcg B12 sublingual, because that's what is recommended daily by the ASMBS, and 5000 IU D3, because that is the lowest amount I've known any post op to be able to maintain a good D level on (good being at least 80, according to the Linus Pauling Institute).

 Thanks, Kelly!

I've got the 1000mcg sublinguals for B12, so I'm thinking 3 or 4 a week should meet the guidelines, then.

And I've got the 5000IU quick melt vitamin Ds, so I'll do those daily.

That'll work.  Then you can adjust as needed when you get your labs done.
