Someone posted this yesterday and I thought it was a smashing idea!

So today I have done...abso-frickin-lutely nothing. But I'm about to get up and do my 45 minute Zumba workout on Xbox. It's something right.

Yesterday I did a strength training session. I did a total body session and did eight machines for three sets each for a total of 32,000 lbs. lifted.

Tomorrow I am going to a class entitled "Boot Camp." Lord be with me!

I worked out with the personal trainer today. She knows my "secret" fitness goal and so she pushes HARD

warm up - 3min on spin scycle alternate 20sec sit,low intensity 20 stand hill climbers
tabada workout (20sec work 10 sec rest 8x)
sumo squat kettle ball lift (20lb)
med ball side throw
burpees
plank pulls
stairs
cool down - 15 min Treadmill 2.5mph 2.5% incline (.5mile)

I haven't done anything today and I don't plan to, I need a day off. This has been my first week of post op exercise and im aching all over. 2 nights of zumba and 1 day of weight training. I'm going to a 10am zumba class tomorrow.

 I did 2.5 miles on the treadmill this morning, alternating between walking and jogging...

 i did nothing. took a little walk to rent a movie but nothing major, let's see maybe half a mile? i love that i can figure out the distance by counting the blocks haha. i took a xanax to help me sleep last night so i felt blah all day. and it's looking like tomorrow i'll be snowed in for a good part of the day, which sucks because i'm supposed to go on a ghost tour of grand central and i'd like not to waste the $20 i spent on the tickets!

 I did Zumba today and some general leg exercises  Zumba tomorrow AM too!

Did my Zumba. Sort of conked by the end of it (was TIRED for whatever reason...) but I got through it

On Friday I did water walking/jogging for 50 minutes. It seems like less of a work out when you are doing it, but boy-o-boy when you are done and get your land legs back...sheesh you know how much you did.
