Zesty Skillet Mushroom Chicken

Remember that commercial for Rice Krispie's treats where the mom is making them all leisurely, then the kids come in and she puffs flour on her face and feigns tiredness to make them think she'd been slaving away in the kitchen all day long?

Well, this recipe is sort of like that. It TASTES like you spent hours making it but really it takes 20 minutes tops.

And a word to folks who hate mushrooms...you can use other veggies in this and the method works just the same! Sub in squash or ______ (insert your favorite veggie) and another type of lowfat cream soup and you've made a creation all your own!
