It's Friday! What are we eating/doing today?

kind of an "off" day eating

B - I made a chocolate protein w/ a spoon of G Yogurt and another of rolled oats, about 7 raisins. I drank about 3-4oz and felt like I was so full I was gonna pop

Just a short time later I had head hunger / massive cravings / minor actual hunger and I went to Whataburger. I had a sausage/egg/cheese taquito. I tore off just about all the tortilla (except what was needed to keep the insides inside). Ugh I was pretty aggravated, but I was on my way to counseling so it worked out

Then I didn't even think to eat again until now - steamed tilapia and veggies, my fall back.

No idea what the rest of the night will bring!

Today I had:

1/2 Premeir Protein Shake and 8 almonds
1 Pure Protein bar
other half of shake and 6 almonds
small argula salad with a splash of italian dressing
1 McChicken patty from McDonalds.....(bad bad bad)
1 clementine orange
1/2 apple
1/3 banana
1/2 glass of milk (1%)
1/2 cup cottage cheese (low fat)
Approximately 85 grams protein
no wonder I'm not losing.....but....I used to eat wayyyyy more on my pre-op diet and was losing as much as I'm losing now.
