It's Friday! What are we eating/doing today?
FRIIIIIDAY!
Today is work and I have a lunch date with a guy I’ve been talking to. By now, I never predict that a guy is going to be “the one." It’s way too early to tell. But he is a gentleman, it seems, and a very good conversationalist.
Tonight the divas are going to a sleepover with their Girl Scouts troop and Nikki is going to the gym! I aim to do two hours of…something…today.
Eats, as I know them:
1. Greek yogurt w/ PB2 and about ¼ c. Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top (mmmm…)
2. 10 almonds (satisfies my “mid-morning tummy rumbles")
3. Probably a salad and some pizza (going to Uno’s for lunch)
4. Hot Click mid-afternoon
5. Zesty Skillet Mushroom Chicken over cauliflower rice for dinner (recipe forthcoming on BF)
6. Cottage cheese with some sort of flavored syrup and Splenda

My subscription has been cancelled for WWs and I'm going back to eating like I did after surgery. Eggs are one thing I can't eat unless they are an ingredient. An egg by itself either tastes so bad I can swallow or if it tastes okay I throw it up. Pasta and rice give me a lot of problems so I avoid them. Thank goodness, sugar is my enemy. I'm so glad to have that problem.
Today's eats:
1 scoop of Click, 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop of Syntrax Nectar cookies & cream
Fiber One bar
Ketogenic protein bar
Orange - later today
Not sure what else
Nik, I get your BF email and really enjoy it.

Today I'm trying to relax some and get some cleaning/decluttering done with a few random, unintentional but unavoidable naps thrown in the mix! I'm running out of time to get the house in order before I let it all go again, lol
Today I've eaten...
1. protein shake
2. handful of peanuts
3. baked talapia w/ mixed veggies
4. coconut vanilla yogurt
and for dinner I'm making homemade chicken pot pie

I just saw a post on FB about that movie from African Ancestry. Seems George Lucas had the hardest time getting the movie funded because of the “all black cast."
Let me know how it is.

Super excited to go out with hubby tonight! We were given a gift card to a super nice restaurant for our wedding in June, so we're going to go use that. Then I think maybe bowling. He is SOOO much better than I am, but I want to do SOMETHING, and I don't want to sit in a movie theater!
Here's my plan for today.. for the most part:
Pre-breakfast: Click
Breakfast: (my step-daughter wanted to make me breakfast in bed -- we compromised and she made me breakfast at work -- I work from home) A pear and a peanut butter & pear sandwich on a thin bun... she came up with this on her own.. I gave her the thin bun and the peanut butter.. I thought I was going to get peanut butter toast!
pre-workout: a protein oatmail cookie
Lunch: protein bar (I would normally eat real food here, but my breakfast was so lean on protein I wanted to supplement at lunch)
afternoon snack: click
dinner: no clue... I think I'd really like a salmon caesar salad, but I don't know what the menu will be.. never been there
