Quest bar update

both are good and ok for WLS... the "natural" have sugar alcohols and they kind of mess with me... but it's all good because I love the originals

 ok so i've asked this of people before and have never gotten an answer. is there anything crunchy in them or are they smooth? i don't like nuts and most things they use to make things crunchy but all i hear are good things about them!

I would say they are pretty smooth.... not like milk chocolate or anything, but definitely not a granola bar (sorry, only comparisons I could come up with  :)  )

Quite honestly, until you nuke it the damn thing looks like a bar of natural soap. Dense, waxy.

Fifteen seconds in the microwave and it's a WHOLE different story!

 haha good to know! i found the way to get the free sample bars (they send you 2 and you pay nothing) they don't let you pick flavors though so hopefully i get ones i like! (i could only find the free page through google so i didn't go through you but it asks how you found out about them so i put your link!)
