Quest bar update

 I did nuk mine and I ate it ALL!  It was good, it was very filling.  It wasn't too sweet, it had good texture.  It wasn't covered in fake chocolate that melts all over your hands.  My BF ate a Lemon one (with out my permission!) and said it was really good.  Good thing I have another one because I don't want to miss tasting any of the flavors I ordered.

I am able to eat a whole bar, but it keeps me full! They are $$ but since it is a meal for me I figure it evens out...besides that, they are really good too! I can't do the naturals because of the sugar alcohols

I ordered a sample box and can't wait to get them.

How filling would a whole one be for a 6 week post op? Think 1/2 would be fine to take for an afternoon meal?

if your surgeon has cleared you for protein bars, half would probably be too much. Quest is a very dense protein. Most folks I see post about it say they can only eat half, and they are much further out.

If it were me, 1/2 would be enough.  Every time I have one, I nibble away at it and it's so good, before I know it I've eaten the whole thing.... but then, boy, do I pay for it!  If I eat a whole one, I end up having a weird dumping like feeling even though these aren't big on sugar or carbs...

You'll have to try one out and see for yourself... but better safe than sorry, go slow.

ALSO, as for quest, do we order the all natural line or the orignal line?
