What are you eating/doing today? Thursday...

 Thinking thinking thinking..its -10 here right now so what i eat needs to be warm..lol

B: Oatmeal with some splenda

L: Maybe a sub sandwich ... turkey or chicken (going to be out and about)

S: Yogurt with some granola

D: Homemade chicken vegie soup/bar of lofat co jack cheese

I think i eat to much so may need to cut down on the snacks...

It feels kinda normal to me today, but I am feeling pretty good! So I am getting ready to do a 40 min work out on my XBOX connect-- Dance 2 central Then later today, me and my daughter is going to get our hair done "WHOOOOO we are looking a bit rough today lol" Far as eating goes:
                            b: hot protein chocolate
                             L: chicken and brocoli 1/4 cup
                              S:sugar free jello temptations chocolate"yumo and A vanilla protein shake later tonight
                              D: Leftover chicken and brocoli 1/4 cup

Oh yeah..my original point was to say you and my daughter could hang out. She LIVES on Dance Central 2. I'm a Zumba girl myself.

Hey Nik and Yesssss Goooooooo Ravenssssssss!! I love Dance central, and I do it with my daughter who is 12, Girl you know them youngins will Try and put a hurting on you, But I am down for a challenge I am not going to let them young girls show me up ------"code blue we got a wanna be young black woman down she tried to beat 2 young girls at Dance 2 central! We need some 02 stat!!" lmao!

I am having a light headed kind of day. Its my first week back to work post op. I am 4 weeks out. I dont think I am over doing it or anything, and I have been sticking to my schedule! Maybe I am not eating enough or maybe I'm eating wrong. Either way here is me:

B: Click Protein hot drink
L: 1/4c Homemade Cheesy potato soup made with Greek yogurt/ 2oz NSA Apple sauce
D: Protein shake
S: 2 tbsp Hummus and a cheese stick

I still havent figured out how you guys get snacks in! I think it would help me get more protein in, I just dont know where to put it. I thought I was supposed to wait every 4 hours to eat. Is that what you are all doing and maybe I am just getting a later start and earlier end to my days???

Need all the food advice I can get!

So far so good.

2 bottles of water in, working on a third.  16 oz of decaf coffee in - yum.

Breakfast - the usual - 0% Fage, frozen cherries, Splenda, Special K Protein, and ground flax.

About to have lunch.  It's a not feeling it meal.  1/2 a tomato, 1/3 a cucumber, some diced onion, 1.5 oz smoked cheese, 1/4 an avocado and a tbsp of ranch.  Oh, and a boiled egg.  Yeah I'm not feeling like eating anything heavy so vegetables it is.  I added a little more cheese than normal and an egg to up the protein and calorie count.

I have various other things to supplement with if needed.  NSA applesauce, an apple, an orange, a protein bar, protein powder... I'm stocked.

I ran 3.27 miles last nigh after slacking off on running for a few months.  I felt so great and I always wonder why I got out of the habit.  Tonight is power yoga.  I'm back up to 4 hours a week from the 2 hours/week I had settled into.

I feel awesome today.

I had a crap day yesterday food wise. I forgot my lunchbox and should have turned around and drove my butt back home when I realized it. Let's just say Cheetos invaded the morning and I felt like poop. I drove home and got it at lunch. 

Today I packed light.

B: Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme shake. I whish they weren't so expensive because they fill me up and are quite the tasty.
S: TJ's organic vanilla yogurt w/fiber one. Very liquidy, think I'll stick to mixing that stuff into Chobani yogurts.
L: Ravioli. There's just something about it i"m loving right now. 
S: Chobani blueberry. Lovin' me some blueberry
D: Not sure yet. I have talipa filets which i'm thinking of cooking up, shredding and sticking them into some cooked veggies with some kind of spicey kick substance.

english muffin veggie pizza for lunch
1/2 apple and PB for snack
Crock pot pork roast and green beans for dinner

Not getting to the gym today, all the roads and highways are flooded where we are
