Had your vites today?

I've had my two multis, all my calcium (and now I'm out of the yummy caramel chews again, darn it), my D3, my zinc and my magnesium oxide.  I will take my iron and C at bedtime.

 I was wondering where this was!!!  

All are in except Iron and C before bed!  It is so amazing how much more energy I have now that I have my vitamins all worked out!

How the heck do u know what vit's ur sposed to be taking? I think I really really need to know this.

Well, I think you should start with the ASMBS recommendations of two multis a day, 1500-2000 mg calcium citrate a day, iron and B12.  Then you should add anything else that your labs show you are low in.

What vitamins have you been taking?  You're about due for six month labs, yes?

I had to stop goin to the gym for the past 2 wks b/c I just don't have the energy. I'm POSITIVE it has to do w/ lack of vit intake.

I got my first order of BA Calcium Chews yesterday - Raspberry and Caramel. LOVE THEM! Now I am going to be perfect with my vitamins; sometimes I miss one of my calcium doses. I am always good with the other ones, though! Have mine all in for today!

 Got all mine in for Wednesday.  2 multis, 1500 calcium, iron, 2 chewable antiox, b12, D3, biotin, B5, and probiotic.
 HW 240 SW 224 CW 167

After lunch....500mg calcium
After dinner.... 500mg calcium, Biotin, MultiVit, Magnesium, extra Vit. C.
