I am at work and I just had a Oikos Drinkable Greek Yogurt about 50 minutes ago and am feeling very light headed, shakey, my head feels very weird like light kind of chills if I touch it. My heart is pounding. Help!! What should I do as I am at work and feel so weird.. I don't know what to do.

it does sound like dumping although the early dumping usually hits sooner than that.  How much sugar was in it?  Unfortunately, there is very little you can do except wait it out.  Sometimes,  it not always, eating or drinking something with protein  and NO cabs or sugar helps, but not always by any means.

The stats on the yogurt was 150 cals, 25 carbs, 24 sugars, 9g of protein. The issues actually started around 30ish minutes after but the symptoms got worse when I stood up. That was when I noticed I was so light headed.

I would probably dump on that much sugar.  And it sounds like dumping to me.

Sounds like dumping! The nutrition stats seem to have an awful lot of sugars, so it might be good to stay away from things that high in carbs. If you have somewhere you can lay down & rest while the feelings pass, that may help you!

Well, now you know how important it is to read the nutrition labels on EVERYTHING you are thinking about eating or drinking!  it takes an accidental dumping to drive hat point home for many people, so you are not alone.

According to my Google search each bottle has 24g of sugar? so, yes, you are probably dumping.

Yeah that is correct. I am 7 weeks out and this is my first dumping experience. I guess I got a little ****y thinking I didn't dump. Boy was I wrong.
