How are you doing with your vitamins today?

I've had EVERYTHING!  Two multis, three doses of calcium citrate, vitamin A, magnesium oxide, iron, vitamin C.  Posting this every day really seems to be helping me get everything in.

Got the majority of it done! Now to do the second half of the day. I made a major error when I purchased my new supply of Centrum Silver--didn't look closely at the label and didn't get chewables. Do you think these big coated pills will absorb OK?

Thanks,

For the first time since my surgery 8 months ago I have got it all in.

In the right dose, the right stuff at the right times.

It took me a bit longer then others to figure this out but I finally did.  Thanks for all your advice

Hey Lisa~

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner about the vitamin question. I am doing pretty good with taking my vitamins. There have been days where I have missed a dose of something or other and once in a while I've missed everything but that doesn't happen very often. I still take a lot of meds so I just take my vitamins at the same time. Having the BA calcium chews or calcet creamy bites really helps me remember to take my calcium because those are like a "treat" for me, lol.

Sometimes I get mine in early by taking my last dose earlier than bed time.  As long as you take each dose at least two hours apart, it's fine.

For the not so tasty ones, I would try other brands, or just switch to pills you swallow as soon as you can.  But until then, you can try following them with a bite of something yummy or a swallow of a tasty protein shake.
