Sinus's

 What do you take when your sinus's start acting up? 

 I use a netti pot just warm water and it helps more then most pills 

I use flonase nose spray (presciption) year round and that keeps the congestion under control.  When they start acting up, I take Allegra 180 - you can get those over the counter now.
